  This review is strictly based on a one time experience with their takeout. I usually get my takeout from Isamu, but I thought I would try Asian Ginger based on the reviews. The order consisted of spring rolls, wonton/egg drop soup, hibachi beef fried rice, homemade dumplings, and chicken with cashew nuts. I can honestly say that this was the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. The soup was so incredibly salty that it was inedible. The filling inside the dumplings had no texture, and the small amount of chicken that was in the chicken with cashew nuts had me questioning if it was really chicken. I can't speak for the Hibachi rice, but my son said it tasted like pure teriyaki sauce. The only thing that was edible were the spring rolls. I really hate giving a local business a bad review, but this was truly horrible food. Never again!
